this easy to use powdered sushi vinegar makes 16 servings of sushi rice. Vinegar was originally added to rice as a way to help preserve the fish.
How To Use
• Cook your Japanese rice following our recipe.
• Once the rice is cooked, add it to a large bowl.
• While the rice is cooling, add 1tbsp of powdered sushi vinegar for every 300g of rice.
• Fold the vinegar in until the rice has fully cooled. Your rice is now ready to make sushi!
